can an HSG cause early Ovulation?

So I had an HSG yesterday and this morning I noted EWCM, so I used an OPK.... it looks + .... today is CD 9 and I typically ovulate on CD 6-17.. what do you guys think? Could the HSG interfere with ovulation... I scared that I may miss my chance this month 😩
