Getting induced? Comments

So I'm getting induced on my due date November 14th. And I'm still not dilated. She said I'm still closed my cervix isn't opening but getting softer just not opening . so she said most people who get indduced have c- sections. Now I'm really scared what if I die or something or bleed out. All these thoughts are going through my head.. 
Who had a c-section when getting induced??? And was it painful??? :,(

I got induced due to me leaking fluid for over a week and there wasn't enough for baby. I was 38 weeks. I didn't dialate past 4cm and needed a c section. Inducing sucks, it's more painful BUT not everyone has the same experience. Some women get induced and have a great birth with no complications.  Inducing doesn't automatically mean something will go wrong or that you'll need a c section. That dr was stupid for even saying that. But alot can happen in two weeks. You may not be dialated now but there's still time. Walk alot, have sex, bounce on a birth ball if you have one. Drink raspberry leaf tea. Don't stress to much. It'll be ok :)

I was induced and did NOT need a c-section. I had a quick and intense labor. Everyone's body does different things so the best thing you can do is RELAX & let your body do what it was made to do!! Good luck, mama! 💗

I was induced 0% dilated and don't think I was effaced any.... stat to finish, with having to stop the pitocin once in a while to get her back on the heart monitor, was 10 hours and 2 mins.... 3 pushes.... sometimes if you stop dilating they can stretch it out and start the dilation process more. They did have to do that and break my water to put a monitor on her head. But otherwise it was fine.

I get induce on Friday around 5 pm and had my baby Sunday at 2 am I did not had a c- section.

I was induced! I didn't have to have a c section & that's dumb for the doctor to try & scare you. I will say prepare for the worse & hope for the best!!!! I prepared just in case mentally if something went wrong to have a c section however there is so much they can try now & days to do before they just turn to a c section! Medically c sections are supposed to be used as a fall back or used as something that's needed for baby & mommy if there is complications! I had a good experience being induced besides the pain & 7 stitches!

Do not read google! It will give you nightmares. My best friends had two inductions neither ended in csection. I will be induced anytime after 31weeks but by 38weeks depending on my sons growth, and my dr mentioned nothing about csection.
