What could this be?

Tmi but for the past week my boobs have hurt so much I can't take them out of my bra!! They're HUUGE as well. I've had sharp, cramping pains for the past week and today, I've pooped 3 times (not just a little) and it's only 3pm. My stomach doesn't hurt and it's not diarrhea. My period isn't due for another week. Could this be early pregnancy symptoms? We've been TTC for a year now. Thanks ladies.
