So this is just a rant really!! We moved into a one bedroom flat converted from a house and been living here now about 4/5 months and the first day me and my so moved in the neighbour introduced herself and then said you do realise I can hear you going up and down the stairs ! ( I always thought moving day is a expection for noise) and since day one we have had seemed to have sooooo much trouble constantly coming up in her underwear swearing and shouting saying we can use our washing machine certain times and breaking our sky dish;
