I'm in the same boat. We found out the gender because it helps me bond with the baby and I want to feel prepared clothing wise (I saved clothes from my kids and I want to purge the gender of clothes we won't be needing). Plus, if I'm honest, I was really hoping for another girl and I wanted to find out the gender before birth so I could deal with any disappointment and move on before the baby is born. Which was good because we are having a boy and even though I was initially disappointed, I'm perfectly happy with it now and will be 100% happy the day he is born.

I keep telling my husband if we have one of each I want the third to be a surprise! That's just me though.

I'd like the 3rd to be a surprise but hubby would probably would want to know. I didn't find out until several wks after our u/s we were supposed to have a gender reveal but it fell through & he wanted to know right away.

I didn't find out with my first and I am due in two weeks with our second surprise!! It's so fun. Plus hearing my husband say "it's a girl!" Was one of the most beautiful moments of my whole life when all the waiting and anticipation came to an end and we could snuggle our perfect child

If you have all the stuff for both genders it'd be a fun surprise and it'd be fun to surprise your kids with too. I found out the gender of mine just because it's been almost a decade since my last baby and I needed to know what to buy.
