Bled while pregnant?

Question

Has anyone ever gotten faint lines, bleed like a chemical pregnancy happened, but ended up not having your next period like your body still thinks its pregnant? 
I supposedly had a chemical pregnancy just 3 1/2 weeks ago. But, I noticed lately that I've been getting acid reflux and heartburn. And its just one of those things that I NEVER got until I was pregnant. Literally, never had either of the 2 unless I was expecting, only time.
I'm gonna make an appt with my ob/gyn soon and see what they say. I would just like to hear other peoples stories.

I was told i definately misscarried as i bled super heavy with clotting and severe abdominal pain. Went back a week later to check id cleared as ive got a history of imcomplete misscarriage and there upon the screen was my baby. Im now 31wks and due christmas. I gad this scare on off few times in first trimester. But i knew i was still pregnant as i was so sick and im never a sick person unless im pregnant. You may have kept the pregnancy and it been a scare or even bad implanatation hope all turns out ok il be praying
