4 weeks pregnant after MC, early scan?

Hi Everyone, 
I found out yesterday I'm pregnant! Had previously had a miscarriage in March so I'm excited but really nervous. Has anyone had an early scan? Our local centre offers them 5-8 weeks and recommend 7 weeks to see a fetal pole and heartbeat. 
Also when can I expect any sickness? I'm feeling fine at the moment so don't know if that's a good thing or not.

I had a miscarriage in February and then got pregnant again this August. I had an immediate scan around 4 weeks and only saw thickened lining. Had another scan 6weeks 5 days and saw and heard the heart beat. Morning sickness started for me around 5 weeks 6 days and is still sticking around at 11 weeks. Weeks 6-10 were the worst for me , throwing up everyday sometimes multiple times.

Not everyone gets sick so don't worry about that. I'm 29 weeks pregnant now and only got sick maybe 4 or 5 times. Other than that I had nothing wrong, I felt totally fine and I would have kept on going thinking I wasn't pregnant if I didn't have missed periods

I had a Mc in march as well and I am 23w6d pregnant now they gave me a scan at 4 week nothing showed then I got one at 7 weeks saw the fetal pole and heartbeat. I started getting sick around 5 weeks and that lasted til I was about 15-16w

I was only sick a few times, so maybe you will get lucky with no sickness!! I was nervous in the beginning because I literally have had no symptoms besides fatigue but that lessens the further along you get. I'm currently 31weeks with fraternal boys!! Congratulations to you!

I had a scan at 7 weeks with my current pregnancy after a missed miscarriage last time around.  I'm very glad that I did because everything was healthy and it really put my mind at rest - if there had been a problem I would have liked to know sooner as well because with my mmc it was several weeks before I knew anything was wrong and all through that time we were planning for the baby and getting attached etc which I think made it more traumatic.
