Saturday I was 2 cm and 50% effaced and -2 station. Today at my 38 week OB appointment doctor says I'm still at 2 cm but 75% effaced and baby dropped very low. He said that I should have the baby within a week and before my next appointment next Wednesday. My doctor joked "see you in a few days" before we left. My SO and I are excited with this news.
