Vomiting

Need some advice please and thank you.

So i am currently 37weeks and 1 day and since yesturday morning I have been feeling cramps. On a scale from a 1-10 they are like a 3-5. They are spontonious meaning with no rythm or anything I really doubt they are contracions. It is like if my bladder was really full and about to fall out. This is my second pregnancy but my 1st vaginal birth after c-section. Also I woke up vomiting at 3am. I am just wondering if this could be normal? Should I be worried or not? Any advice on what to do or what to expect? Thank you.
