pelvic pressure and contractions... help? 😣
I just got back from my 39 week checkup dr checked my cervix and I'm almost 3 cm and 80% effaced. 2 hours later I started to feel major pressure and contractions and intense lower back pain that are 10 mins apart.. I had a false alarm at 37 weeks where they sent me home with a sleeping pill because I wasn't dilating.. so I don't want to go to the hospital to get sent home again. But the pain is more intense this time and last time I went in I didn't have major pelvic pressure. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Am I just a big wimp ? Or it this the start of labor? Help please this is my first pregnancy.
