Period after Ectopic Pregnancy (a little TMI)

I don't know who else to talk too. So last Friday I had emergency surgery after my Fallopian tube ruptured. I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. Yesterday my cramping was so badly and I had brown blood. (TMI) sorry. I am clotting a bit and my cramps hurt pretty bad. My flow has been heavy. 4 days after my surgery and I'm bleeding... is this a period or is this something else? I have my follow up appointment on the 11th but I am so unbelievably confused and I'd like to know what the heck is going on. Because if it is my period, does this mean I'll ovulate in 2 weeks? Or does this mean that it's just cleaning my cervix out and my lining is thinning again?  I would really, really love to get pregnant again and have a happy healthy 9 months as soon as possible, since I've been TTC for the past 2 years! Any and all advice or information or personal stories would help. I just need some sort of help to know what's going on. Thanks. 👍🏽
