Irregular periods cycle day 147!! Ugh...

Hi ladies I have irregular af and it's hard to find a cycle buddy!!! maybe if anyone out there with my problem can let me know what they did or doing to not get stressed out by this. I've gone to the dr gotten checked I'm good just got told to keep trying. but for the past few months no af I know I'm not prego took multiple hpt. But again I still need a cycle buddy to talk to and help each other out thru this!! Anyone???
