Happens to me almost every day. My OB said its contractions and they can be caused by dehydration, a full bladder, lots of things, and that as long as you don't have more than 4-5 in an hour it's okay

If youre dehydrated that can cause contractions and send you into labour, drink some more water and try get comfy and relax for a bit if you still have the pain then talk to your health care provider, i think i read if you 5/6 contractions in 1 hour talk to your doctor/midwife right away

I read today that those are symptoms of preterm labor so I'd call your ob just in case

Could be Braxton Hicks - practice contractions.  Drink plenty of water, and keep your doc informed.
