Everyhting i find about storing breasmilk is different.. does anyone know for sure about the shelf life for left at room temp milk, refrigerated milk, and frozen milk? I'm tired of trying to read stuff on the matter because it varies so much. One says room temp is fine for 6 hours when another says only 3 and same deal with refrigerated and frozen.. anyone have the real deal answers?
