Weird feeling.

I have this weird, sick, empty feeling in my stomach and up into my chest. Along with occasional dizziness. I know that it's not morning sickness... It almost feels like heartburn but worse and with more symptoms. Has anyone else had this? Is it something I should be concerned about?
