should i tell or not???

Before one year I cheated my boyfriend with a guy. I should refer that he was in relationship too. Anyway we continued our secret affair for 3 months.Then both of us broke up and as a result I thought we would be together.But he told me he wanted to be alone.We continued being just friends and we had sex other two times after a period of 5 months.Now its almost 3,5 months since tha last time we did sth and we are just friends!he acts to me like I am his buddy and this makes me feel really uncomfortable!!he also wants to move in to my block of flats.What should I do?I still want him but I know he doesnt like me anymore!should I try to tell him what I feel or its waste of time?
