idk what to do...

I feel so alone 😩 i just want sex and to spend quality time with my fiance, but i feel like im annoying him everytime i try to spend time with him. All he wants to do when he comes home from work is watch tv, eat, then go to bed. Earlier this week he randomly asked me when the last time i got checked for STD's was, which was right before me and him got together a year ago, and i feel like maybe he was cheating and caught something and was trying to put the blame on me. That on top of the fact that we rarely ever have sex anymore...idk how much more i can take
