Confused Feelings

I like this guy and I'm pretty sure he likes me to but I'm a little nervous about taking the next step. I know he wants to have sex but I'm a virgin and I'm the type of person who will convince myself that I can't do something until I do it. So with that being said I don't know if I should have sex with him or not. Help?
