Long story short, I have a severe anxiety and depression disorder that prevents me from doing many things (i.e. Work).
I was taken off my meds when we found out I was pregnant and for the most part I have been handling everything very well considering it all.
Tonight I had a panic attack starting around 7/8p and my heart is still racing (it's now 3a).
I've done all of the breathing techniques and things like that, but I'm just so worried. The baby's been kicking and moving throughout the night, but I know this isn't good for her.
Anyone out there have anything that can help me calm down that isn't just about breathing?
