What helped you get pregnant?

My husband d and I have been trying for about a year now. 11 months. He took an at home swimmer count test and it came out positive.  I am tracking using opk's but still nothing... I am this close to standing on my head.

I used Evening Primose Oil, Astroglide TTC, the sperm meets egg plan including OPK's and he took L-Arginine to boost his motility. We also had sex at night when I wouldn't have to get up afterwards and could just go to sleep and let the swimmers do their thing. We got pregnant our first month of trying.

I tracked BBT, CM, and cervical position/firmness/openness with my son. We had sex every day for 5 days (during my fertile window). I also took prenatal pills starting 2 months before we started ttc.
