wacky period after loss

Hi I have a question. On sept 3 I was induced at 21 weeks due to my son having a fatal issue. They did a d and c after to get the placenta. I had a period 5 weeks later where it was very heavy for 2 days then it stopped for a day then spotting for a few days. After exactly 28 days I got my second period. It was very heavy for 2 days and then it ended. Before being pregnant my periods were short anyway-usually 3 days. I am worried by such a short period this time. Could this mean an issue because of the d and c? We really want to get pregnant again so I'm really anxious this means there is an issue.
