wet nipples .. weird I know 😂😂

Okay so this may sound really strange so don't judge me lol .. I'm 4wks and 5 days and my boobs feel heavier but not importantly my nipple feel different .. to start off my nipples are extremely sensitive and they hurt when I have my bra on .. but they also feel damp .. I have never heard nor experienced damp nipples like they were wet during my first successful pregnancy.. has any one else ??
