Has anyone else received progesterone suppositories with pregnancy and had a good outcome vs a bad one??

I'm 39 and pregnant for the 3rd time. Since I've experienced 2 miscarriages (last being in june this year)I'm cautiously optimistic at this point. I am being followed by doctors a lot closer. I'm at 6 weeks now with an US scheduled Wednesday 11/9 to make sure all is well. I'm taking a baby aspirin daily and progesterone suppositories twice daily. Again... Cautiously optimistic as I just want everything to go well this time.

Any stories would help please:)
