Membrane sweep tips after??

Question

I'm 38 weeks and 3 days. 70% effaced and 1cm dilated. I had a membrane sweep 2 hours ago and was wondering what else I can do In the mean time. Would walking help? 
Btw it was requested by myself, my doctor believed it's my best option right now. Any stories to give me hope?

Walk a lot, have sex, go up and down stairs, and do squats.

Unfortunately the membrane sweeps didn't help with my 1st. However, walking do help with labor so it wasn't a total loss. 😂
