Has anyone else got these?

So I received these at the motherhood maternity store. They don't have a CVV or an expiration date on them. You can only use them on the website that it provides you. But they don't have a gift card option on there. I keep trying to use it. But it said not valid without the CVV and expiration. I tried making one up and still doesn't like it. Has anyone received these and know how to use it? I have two of each. I would love to use it and get stuff for cheap only having to pay for shipping.
