How to track ovulation right?

I'm not very good with trying to track ovulation. This is my first time trying to track it. My doctor told me to keep track of my bbt. All new for me. I never tried an opk are they hard to do?

Tracking bbt isn't hard, you just have to be dedicated if you're serious about doing it. OPK's are simple too, just follow the directions in the package & you're good to go! For a newbie tho, I recommend using digital OPK first until you get the hang of your cycles... Digitals just take away the guess work and would be easier for a first timer. Both digital and strip OPK's are pretty simple tho, so whichever kind you choose to use will do just fine! Best of luck to you!
