Can't sleep next to partner?

Question

Anyone else not sleeping next to their partner anymore? I'm 39 weeks and haven't been sleeping next to him properly for ages. He's been snoring and I just can't sleep. I was working upto 37 weeks and was sleeping on the settee and going to work. Absolute exhausted.  No I'm off work he's gone on the settee and wants sympathy cos he's tired at work.  Well erm I was doing that!! Sorry for ranting. Hope I'm not the only one like this?

Told my man that one of us will have the new foam queen bed when I get bigger. Lol

I'm bad. Between his tossing and turning, snoring and my getting up to pee I've resigned myself to the couch. Granted I don't sleep
More than a few hrs at a time, but it's better than it has been.

We resigned to sleeping separately at about 28 weeks, I was up peeing so often and my snoogle was taking up so much space, that my partner (a physician) wasn't getting nearly enough sleep. He's in the guest room now... I miss waking up with him, but we are both much more pleasant and useful people with quality sleep.

My husband snores and even tho, after years of this, I have him trained to roll over in his sleep when poked, I got fed up and started wearing those moldable silicone earplugs (for swimming) to bed. My god it's GLORIOUS. Total silence.

You aren't alone lol. I'm almost 32 weeks, and my boyfriend works construction and doesn't get home sometimes until 6-8 o'clock at night. So he's exhausted all the time and I'm inevitably exhausted also from being pregnant. PLUS right now we're both sick lol. We do sleep in bed together probably 2-3 times a week but most of the time he ends up on the couch lol. We don't mind, we both want each other to get rest.

With my first pregnancy I slept in the couch pretty much the whole time. It was the only place I was comfortable. This time I have been sleeping in the bed with my husband but he's working a different shift so he leaves at midnight. After midnight I sleep MUCH better. I can't stand his snoring!!
