PCOS-recommendations?!?

I have the worst cycles. I never know if I'm going to start and I can't track with OPKs since my LH is high and always tells me I'm ovulating. Is there anything anyone's done to help regulate? I am currently taking fertilaid but it's not regulating me :/

My doctor put me on Clomid the first month and Femara the 2nd and 3rd month to regulate my periods and ovulation

I'm on month two of metformin, and my cycle which never came came! I also had a positive opk two weeks later and my period should start this weekend unless I got pregnant (fingers crossed) the side effects at first are terrible, it made me so sick the first two weeks but in the end if it helps me conceive it was worth it.. Hope this helps!
