Can someone who has already given birth naturally try to best describe what it feels like to give birth?

Contractions are like horrible period cramps. Pushing feels like your pooping lol and it burned really bad. It felt like there was tons of pressure down there.

The contractions feel like the worse period cramps you have ever had n when its time to push you feel like you gotta take the biggest poop ever n then when the baby is coming out you will feel a burning sensation all through your vagina like your vagina is ripping apart at least that was how my 2nd labor felt my first labor wasn't as bad but I had the epi with my first n not my second.

Pretty painful for me anyway, but it is instant pain relief when the baby is born.  Mine happened so fast I'm not sure how I would describe it.

Contractions are like you're organs are being twisted or you're being sat on by a fat person 🙈 then your stomach goes right and crampy. Pushing is like a heavy weight in your bum and stinging in your Vagina like burny 😬 sounds grim but I wouldn't do it again if it wasn't worth it 😂🙈
