This was in my babies diaper? What should I do? Or what Caused this? Please help

happened to my boy too, like streaks of bright red blood. we ran to ER, got checked, everything was fine, they sent us home and told us to come back if it happens again. it never did. scared the life out of me. 
apoarently, it can and does happen. 
do go to see the doctor. better safe tham sorry.

Is there supposed to be a picture? I don't see it if so.. but yes, def call his/her pediatrician & get a DR on call immediately! Blood can't be played with, especially with babies!
