FitNovember!
So I decided to take this November to work on my health. I've been badly underweight for months and my muscles have given up on me, so starting on the first I started the 100 workout. It's utter hell, but I'm already getting more toned! And I'm counting my calories and according to several websites I need to be eating about 2100 calories a day to gain weight, and I'm doing really well. I know it's only the third, but I'm really proud of myself! As someone with seasonal depression, this is the hardest time of year to get motivated. Just wanted to share!
Anyone else doing anything like this? Any tips?

100 Jumping Jacks
90 Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg Lifts
60 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
40 Squats
30 Leg Lifts
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Minute Run
