Hello people ?

Hey I'm having some sharp pain on the top of my stomach my stomach is hard at the top . I don't kno how to describe the pain but I'm finna cry I'm at work just don't kno what to do I just need advice . Can it b from me laying on my back at night or the baby moved to the upper part of my stomach . ?????just need some help my mother say Google but seem like everything online us bad .
