pre eclampsia question?

Usually my bp is 120/80s Tuesday when I went it was 136/86 and now my feet are swelling so it was a little higher. I was wondering If it got high like pre eclampsia level and they induced, would they automatically do a c section or do they allow you to do vaginal ???

My best friend had pre eclampsia and not only went vaginally but drug free. She was put on bed rest though for the remainder of her pregnancy once she got diagnosed. Talk with your dr.

I got high blood pressure and was induced at 37 weeks and after 13 hours of labor her heart rate started to drop so they had to do an emergency csection they said she was face up and wouldn't have come out on her own fast enough

I had Preeclampsia with my first baby. I was induced at 37 weeks. Had him vaginally but I was swollen beyond belief everywhere from about 35 weeks until about 3 weeks post partum. I also had to give myself heparin (blood thinner) shots in my stomach 3 times daily to prevent blood clots because the swells MY made it really difficult to move. It was a really rough experience but so worth it because here I am pregnant with baby #2 hoping and praying I don't develop it again and am very close monitored.

The delivery through when my blood pressure was 186/90 during delivery and my normal blood pressure is in the 90's/60's. Those migraines and the pain were the most intense pain I'd ever felt but I didn't take any medication other than Tylenol and the magnesium sulfate to prevent seizures. (The magnesium sulfate gave me the poops about 12 hours after delivery and they said that's common 😷😂)

They suspected I was developing it and got induced... delivered vaginaly. I guess it depends on how serious it is.
