Hi everyone, I got pregnant two weeks after starting a new job. We wanted another child but we had planned to start trying in February so that I would have passed my trial period. To make a long story short now though, I am 6 weeks pregnant and at my new job we are only four community workers and I can tell my co-workers rely a lot on me and keep saying how relieved they are that I have joined the team because the workload is so high. They keep talking about how things will change now that I am here with them. I feel like I have betrayed them by being pregnant. I am planning to tell them once I pass the 12 week mark just to be sure, but am very nervous and feel guilty. Any thought? Anyone been in the same situation?
