Around kittens during pregnancy..

This may sound dumb..

I'm a very OVER protective pregnant women due to a miscarriage in the past.. but anyways.. my sister found 3 kittens in her drainage system about a week ago. She's been taking care of them, getting them back to health. I know 2 have eye infections because now one is blind. The vets claim they are too young for any treatment right now or shots. I'm at her home this afternoon until my husband gets off work. I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant. I'm not touching the kittens but they are around me. Should I not even be around them?
