Do your best to describe contractions!

Can everyone do their best to describe contractions? I'm 31w6d and am having some pretty intense pressure in my lower andomen, sometimes even going into my back!

Are these braxton hicks?

Please describe them the best you can! Thank you!

They feel like horrible period cramps. The saying "you'll know when you're having them" is annoying but true.

Period cramps x100000000000. Your belly will get really hard and you'll feel like the baby is about to rip out of your vagina! At least that's what it feels like to me😂😂

Can you breath when you get a period cramp? Well you can't with contraction's, it feel's like someone is inside pulling and squeezing your insides!! You know when you get a charlie horse and your calf tightens, you stiffen and you stop breathing for a few second's thinking it will help it's like that but so much worse and lasts over a minute! When I was pregnant with my son I was in labor for 40 hrs with no meds or epi, I wanted someone to rip me in half; really I asked for some one to dislocate my legs I wanted something else to focus on!! When I had my daughter i knew what was coming, my labor was 9 hrs total and after 6 i got the epi best decision ever!

Much like everyone has said, period pains x100. I could barely speak through mine as I was too busy trying to breathe through them.

If you have ever had that diarrhea intense like cramp, that's Braxton hicks and the contraction like feelings are inconsistent and can be 5-10-20 etc minutes apart.

Now take that cramping and imagine it 20X stronger, 2-5 minutes apart and continuous and back pain. My contractions with my first were 10 minutes apart but I went out anyway so I didn't miss a surprise party for a friend 🙄 ya. Then they came stronger more intense and more frequently and I just knew.

Keep an eye out and time them. Your stomach will also get extremely hard and for me stayed hard. With Braxton hicks your tummy can get hard but will reduce to a more squishy like feel. This is just my expeitemxe unprofessional viewpoint

They feel like Charlie horses in your uterus. Unbearable. Like when you get a horrible leg cramp and you can't move or talk until it's let up. Same thing, but in your uterus.

Just sounds like braxton hicks, that's what it felt like with me, and contractions are very painful, mines feel like a strong burning period pain sensation in my lower stomach, which makes you keel over 😂😂

Since you are early you should go in no matter what.  Better to be safe than sorry.
