R you suppose to feel it?

My ex and my current partner have both said that they've cumed in me atleast once. I'm not sure if they say it just to see me freak out, but it's not cool. So basically my current partner said he came in me, its been a week now and im scared that im pregnant. My question is, when a guy cums in you, are you supoose to feel it? Or do you not feel anything? Cuz i couldnt feel anything
