slow labor

So I'm 34 weeks and in slow labour, does anyone know how long this could go on for!? A week ago I was 3cm dilated, in the past week I've been getting a lot more pains&tightenings, upto 15 in less than 2 hours sometimes! Anyone know what I could do to hurry it a long? I've already had steroid injections months ago and the consultants have said they're happy to just let it happen! I'm just so fed up of being in pain😩
