just starting pulling out...

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 10months. We have sex pretty regularly, 2-3 times a week at least (we don't live together yet) .. we don't use condoms and he has usually always finished inside me. Ive been on the pill since I was a teenager. Never been pregnant and don't want to be.... about a month ago he starts pulling out. First few times I wasn't worried but now it's every time we have sex unless it's anal. He tells me it's been stressing him and he's worried I'll get pregnant. Anyone else had this happen? We're in a committed relationship and taking precautions, I don't know how to talk to him about. It hurts my feelings a little, like he doesn't trust me. Any advice?
