tested 3 days before missed period (kind of long post, please help)

Okay so recently I've been quite nauseous and had the worst headache ever. No other symptoms. Any way I went to the doctor with these symptoms as I had started vomiting and he said "have you taken a pregnancy test?" So any way I took a test the next day with my FMU bare in mind it's still 3 days until I'm due on and I got the FR one come up quite quickly. I didn't believe it, so went out and bought a CB digit still didn't quite believe it and took another FR (not in pic) which still had a line but much fainter than the first one. Then yesterday having 2 days till AF supposed to show I took the cheapy on the bottom. Because they are so faint do you think I'm going to come on and I'm getting exited for nothing? I'm now 1 day away from my AF and it feels like torture :(
