Trigger shot?? Info

Okay. Has anyone done the trigger shot pregnyl? I have a couple of questions. I got the trigger at 9am wed and we bd around 11am wed and on Thursday we bd around 8 pm and today we tried to BD twice and it just didn't work either the pressure was hurting me or he was having a issue. I had 3 follicles 1 on my right ovary and 2 on my left ovary 1 on my left was where it needed to be and 1 was close. What's are chances this month?? I'm freaking out because I don't think we bd enough.
