Period and dieting
Every time I get my period I feel awful. The bloating makes me feel like I'll never get thin at all, my hormones make me feel ugly and frustrated and my acne strikes in. Altogether this makes me eat my way to happiness.
Most girls I know feel this way, and when we're trying to lose weight we can ruin a whole week of heavy diet just like that.
