Can I get some advice from pregnant women or mom's

Me and my partner have been ttc for a while now. I really felt this was the month I missed my period yesterday. Today there is a bit of red blood but it's very watery and no clots, I have some cramping too. This is very unusual for me I normally have heavy periods with clots (sorry tmi) could this be a sign of early pregnancy?. I read that implantation blood can happen and it is watery and light. What do you guys think?
