Does it work? I've been having excruciating diarrhea for 12 hours. Haven't slept at all. Really need relief. Someone tell me that immodium will make it stop... or tell me something else that will

You can take it during pregnancy..just don't take pepto. Imodium is fine..I've had diarrhea since I found out I was pregnant

I don't think you're allowed to take it during pregnancy. If your diarrhea is that bad you should probably go to your doctor

I've come down with the stomach flu😖😫 horrible diarrhea and vomited once. If you're having lots of diarrhea drink plenty of water and get in some pedialyte. My OB said if this doesn't clear within 72 hours i need to go make an appt
