mommy shamers- sharing other mothers photos of their children without any consent

Isn't it illegal yet in this country to troll on someone's social media account, steal a photo of their child, and then post that photo to solicite other mothers to weigh in with opinions?  This happened to me, on this app, and I am bitter and shocked. How can one mom do this to another?   We are all trying to be our best. So knock off the high school antics and grow up. If you see something you don't like, keep on scrolling.  Am I right?
