I went to Holland and Barrett and I saw that primrose oil can help with ewcm what else can you buy over the counter that will help I'm also going to try and lose weight as I think it's a reason why I haven't conceived yet when I had my eldest daughter I was a lot slimmer.

I am using Primrose Oil 3xday, pre-seed, prenatal vitamins, Geritol and I cut caffeine. Hope you get your BFP soon! 💖💙

I'm on vitex this cycle I've read a lot of good things plus folic acid and I'm taking a prenatal and preseed. I'm doing it all this cycle
