Should I go to the hospital if I believe I have Shingles?

I'm pretty sure I have Shingles. I have this weird outbreak on the right side of my body like where my bra band lies. Then, there's this little pimple dot above my belly button area that itches. It itches and burns throughout the day but it goes away. I don't use any type of pain meds because they make me nauseous but I do use Calamine lotion or Cortizone 10. All suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much
