White dry circles?

Has anyone ever gotten tiny white dry skin circles going into the vaginal area? Where the hair is? I have two that weren't there before (even tho I scratched them) and I put lotion on em. I am NOT sexually active in any way lol, but I'd like to know where this came from and if anyone else has gotten them before
