shockingly bad news

I recently bought 2 pregnancy test and I use them both on different days and time, both turned out to be negative I'm not sad about it because I know that God probably has the right timing for a family future to start. I'm 21 years old will be 22 next year and I'm already 2 weeks 3 days late on thing I feel on my body is sore breast. I have no stress nor any other symptoms but I don't understand why my Aunt Flo hasn't came. Any idea how to regulate my period again? Or did I start a menopause early 😢
