Milk supply - just devastated
My 6 month old is EBF. So last night I got food poisoning and threw up 5 times. I tried to keep feeding today but it was very difficult.
Now my milk supply is pretty much gone.
I've tried to drink but I know I'm dehydrated. Will it come back or is this it for me?
Any help would be great as I didn't want to give up 😞
